Diffferent types of events need different amounts of space. A corporate "classroom style" arrangement can hold up to 25 tables of 5, seated around one side of table.

Weddings inside or outside can be set up for up to 300 guests but outside temperature is of importance when hosting a group of this size. Wedding receptions and special events have been hosted for over 430 guests, but once again temperature is of importance. Banquet receptions where everyone has a place at a table limits the inside to 25+ tables of 8 per table when the weather outside does not allow for outdoor seating. Appetizer syle dining allows for fewer tables and more guests.

For all events the host may come and set up 2 hours prior to rental time. This means that your caterer, florist, cake person, entertainment or any person associated with set up of the function may arrive 2 hours prior to the guest arriving which is the time shown for the various rental options.

 

Any delivery of items for your event will be synchronized with other events that may be going on. Our goal is to get your event set up as early as possible, therefore we will do everything in our power to work with your contract people, rental company, caterer, DJ, beverage delivery, etc.

Rental items from an outside source must be brought in and taken out by caterer or host.  All large rental items such as chairs, tables, etc., must be removed at the conclusion of the event.

Five Oaks is now required to provide all alcohol consumed on the premises (lodge and cabin) due to insurance requirements.
