Meetings have been held at the lodge for 10 to 160 attendees. Our lodge is fully equipped with all AV requirements including microphones, CD player, iPod connectivity, surround sound speakers, projector and large screen. We also offer free wireless internet throughout the lodge and on the deck.
Tables, chairs and linens are included in the cost of your rental. Five Oaks will work with you to design a custom layout for the specific needs of your attendees and the meeting itself.
If you need use of the grounds for team-building activities or would simply like to use our property as part of your presentation, let us know. We would be happy to make sure the area is perfectly manicured.
Five Oaks has over 150 parking spots and can accommodate large busses if necessary.
