RENTAL TIMES
For rental times on Saturday and Sunday, which include a wedding, your contract and setup people are allowed to come in 2 hours prior to the event. Keep in mind that we use this same 2 hour setup time to clean the space and have rehearsals in between functions. This means during your set-up and our clean-up time, other people may be present for their rehearsal time.

CABIN RATES FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY

Check-in is after 5PM Mon-Fri, after 3PM Sat/Sun, check-out by 11AM
Sunday - Thursday            $105.00
Friday                               $160.00
Saturday                           $180.00

Above pricing for married couple.
Additional overnight guests are $30 each.
Visitors are $15 each, up to 8 guests then a party rate should be considered

CABIN RATES FOR A PARTY

Monday-Thursday 5PM-11PM          $195.00 for 12 guests
Friday/Saturday 6PM-Midnight         $300.00 for 15 guests
Sunday 4PM-10PM                         $250.00 for 12 guests

Each additional party guest is $5.00
Add an overnight stay for 2 after the party for 50% of above overnight rate.
Additional overnight guests are $25.00

DAILY RATES

Monday - Friday 8AM-4PM               $150.00 for 12 guests
Saturday - Sunday 8AM-4PM            $200.00 for 12 guests

The Cabin is a 2-story log cabin with two full bathrooms, full kitchen, small utility room, living area, and a large rock porch with an outside fireplace.   The full kitchen has a refrigerator, ice machine, stove, double oven, dishes, silverware, and glassware.  The dining area has a drop leaf dining table with 15 + chairs, (dining and club).  The downstairs living area has 1 sofa and 2 chairs that break into sleeping units. ).  The downstairs bath has a walk-in shower, and the upstairs one has a large 2 person whirlpool. The bedroom, located upstairs has a king bed.  There are 2 televisions, 1 upstairs and 1 19" downstairs with DVD and VCR.  The cabin has cable.  There are 2 outside cookers, 1 propane, and the other a large smoker that needs wood or charcoal.

Fifty percent deposit of the base rate is required to hold a date for your event. We will get an actual count during your event and calculate the invoice. The balance is due the evening of your event. If we are unable to locate the responsible individual, and no arrangements have been made, we will put the balance on the credit card.
