  • Single point of contact from initial inquiry to final invoice.

  • Tables, Chairs, Soft Seating (sofas and chairs), Adirondack furniture and rocking chairs on the deck.

  • Setup of all Five Oaks' tables, chairs, linens, china, silverware and glassware

  • Cleanup after your event. Simply leave with the items you want, and we take care of the rest.

  • Multiple meetings and consults with venue coordinator; unlimited emails and phone calls.

  • Design Meeting with table "mock-up," in which the host can see their table design in the lodge with their preferred linens, napkins, chargers, tables and chairs.

  • Staff member on site to assist with your event, answer questions and help with a/v

  • Custom Floor Plan including placement of all tables, chairs, a/v equipment, buffet, furniture and bistro tables.
